1. Shipping Origin

CarverAll products are shipped directly from our facility located in Dongguan, Guangdong, China. Currently, we do not have overseas warehouses, so all orders will be fulfilled and shipped from our primary location in China.

2. Shipping Methods

We use reliable international courier services to ensure that your order arrives safely and promptly. Available shipping methods include standard and expedited shipping options. The specific shipping choices will be presented at checkout based on your delivery address.

3. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days. Please note that processing times may vary during peak seasons or promotional events. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Attention: Please note that the processing time is included in the shipping time.

4. Delivery Time

Delivery times vary based on the shipping destination and selected shipping method. Below are the estimated delivery times(Calendar days):

Standard Shipping:15 to 30 Days

Expedited Shipping: 7 to 14 Days

Please be aware that these are estimated delivery times and may be affected by customs delays, local holidays, and other unforeseen circumstances.

5. Shipping Costs

Standard Shipping: Free shipping.

Expedited Shipping: $100 per shipment

6. Customs and Duties

Please be kindly noted our sale price contains the Customs Duties and Taxes, Our shipping partners will pay customs duties on your behalf. If there are any additional fees or charges upon delivery, please contact our customer service team.

7. Address Changes

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before completing your order. If you need to modify your shipping address, please contact us at Support@Carverall.com within 48 hours of your purchase. If your order has already been shipped, we may be unable to change the shipping address.

8. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. Via our Tracking App: (https://carverall.com/apps/parcelpanel), you can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.

Return Procedure

To initiate a return, please first send your return request to our official customer service at support@carverall.com. The email must include:

The original order number and the exact name of the products to be returned;

A brief reason for the return, such as a change of mind, along with clear evidence (e.g., screenshots, photos, or videos, and, if applicable, operation log files).

Our customer service will process your request within 2 working days and contact you to discuss the further return process once your return request has been received.

Once the return request is confirmed and approved, we ask that you send the products in the original packaging. You will receive the corresponding return address from our customer service.

Upon arrival of the return to our center, a quality control check will be carried out. Please stay in touch with us and check your emails regularly to ensure we have received the returned products.

Notes on Packaging and Shipping

Each return must first be confirmed and checked by our customer service. Unauthorized returns may be rejected. You could also be liable for the loss of returned products.

Each return must be sent to the return address provided by our customer service, otherwise, you may be liable for the loss of returned products. Besides, the freight cost must be pre-paid, we do not accept any packages by freight collect.

To avoid damage during transport, all returned products must be packed in the original box and original packaging materials. Please reuse the box and packaging materials in which you received the goods.

If you return the products, please choose a trackable shipping method and provide us with a valid tracking number. Please monitor the shipment status closely, as CarverAll is not responsible for lost packages sent via external carriers.
