Our machines support a wide range of materials. For example:
- UV laser: ideal for glass, ceramics, transparent acrylic, plastics, metals, leather, and wood.
- Blue + infrared dual laser models: suitable for wood, stainless steel, leather, and dark acrylic.

2. Is the laser engraver safe to use at home or around children/pets?
Yes. Our G2 UV laser is FDA Class 1 certified and features a fully enclosed design to ensure maximum safety during operation. It’s suitable for use in home environments, schools, or studios with pets and children.
3. Do I need to install software to use the machine?
Yes. you can use our custom-developed software and other provided apps. Our products are workable with LightBurn, for more information, please you can refer to Software Page.
4. How long does it take to ship my order?
Orders are typically processed within 3 business days. After shipment, delivery time depends on your country and chosen shipping method (usually 7–30 days).
