1. What materials can the A1 engrave or cut?
Engraving Capabilities:
- Blue Laser (5W/10W): Easily engraves on non-metal materials including wood, leather, rubber, plastic, paper, cardboard, fabric, coated metals, coated glass, acrylic, ceramic, and stone.
- Infrared Laser (1W): Capable of engraving on almost all hard materials, including gold, stainless steel, copper, aluminum, plastic, leather, coated glass, coated metals, acrylic, and even electronic components.
- Cutting Capabilities (Blue Laser):
- Cuts 5–8mm plywood and 8–10mm pine board (depending on density and material type).

Yes, the A1 does not require the lid to be closed during operation. You are free to open or close the lid while the machine is running. However, for your safety, please avoid touching or placing your hands near the laser beam while it is active.
