OVERVIEW

Welcome to CarverAll!

To provide better services for you, before you start to use CarverAll products and services, please read carefully and fully understand the CarverAll Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement"), especially the terms of exemption or limitation of liability, applicable law, and dispute resolution. Terms of exemption or limitation of liability and other terms involving your vital rights and interests may be in uppercase or underlined to remind you to pay attention. IF YOU ARE A MINOR UNDER THE LAWS OF THE JURISDICTION IN WHICH YOU RESIDE, PLEASE READ CAREFULLY AND FULLY UNDERSTAND THIS AGREEMENT ACCOMPANIED BY YOUR LEGAL GUARDIAN, AND USE THE CARVERALL SERVICES AFTER OBTAINING THE CONSENT OF THE LEGAL GUARDIAN.

PLEASE DO NOT USE THE CARVERALL SERVICES UNLESS YOU HAVE FULLY READ, FULLY UNDERSTOOD AND ACCEPTED ALL OF THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT. BY FILLING IN THE INFORMATION AS PROMPTED ON THE REGISTRATION PAGE, READING AND AGREEING TO THIS AGREEMENT AND COMPLETING THE ENTIRE REGISTRATION PROCESS, YOU HAVE FULLY READ, UNDERSTOOD AND ACCEPTED THESE TERMS AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT AND OTHER AGREEMENTS AND RULES RELATED TO THE CARVERALL SERVICES (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO PRIVACY POLICY) AS A PARTY TO THIS AGREEMENT, BECOMING A USER OF CARVERALL.

If you have not applied for the registration process, or have been a registered user of the Platform prior to the effective date of this Agreement, by accessing and/or using CarverAll Services, you are deemed to agree to be bound by these terms.

CarverAll reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to arrange or designate its affiliates, controlled companies, successor companies, or third-party companies approved by CarverAll to provide the services to you as required by CarverAll. You acknowledge and agree that by receiving the services, you accept that the rights and obligations of such parties are also governed by this Agreement.

The headings of each term are intended to assist you in understanding the subject matter of the terms and do not affect or limit the meaning or interpretation of the terms of this Agreement. In order to protect your rights and interests, you are advised to read the specific expressions of each term carefully.

If you do not agree with the content of this Agreement, you should stop using CarverAll Products and Services, and you should let us know so to remove your information. In the event of any inconsistency between different language versions of this Policy, the English version shall prevail.

1. DEFINITION

  • Platform Operator/We/CarverAll: each legal entity that individually or collectively refers to the operation of the Platform.
  • Platform: official web shop www.carverall.com and other related platforms.
  • CarverAll Devices: CarverAll tools and their consumables, accessories, and related services.
  • Software: software means (i) any and all software programs or applications, (ii) any and all software embedded on CarverAll products (the “Built-in Software”); (iii) any related documentation, modified versions, upgrades or enhancements to such software, and (iv) all subsequent versions or copies of such software.
  • CarverAll Services: other customer-supporting services provided by CarverAll and/or its partners, including but not limited to customer support service.
  • CarverAll Rules: all rules, interpretations, and announcements released on our Platforms, as well as various rules, implementation rules, product descriptions, announcements issued by the Platform.

2. SCOPE OF AGREEMENT

2.1 Contracting Parties
This Agreement shall be legally binding on both you and CarverAll.

2.2 Supplementary Agreement
The terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement cannot fully enumerate and cover all rights and obligations. Therefore, unless otherwise stated, the relevant statements, policies, and rules released on the Platform are supplementary to this Agreement.

3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION AND USE

3.1 User Qualifications
You acknowledge that you shall have full capacity for civil conduct when you start to register, login, and use CarverAll Services. If you do not have the aforementioned qualifications, you shall bear all consequences according to law.

3.2 Account Description
After completing the registration process, you may obtain an account on our Platform and become a user. You have the right to log in to our Platform using the email address or cell phone number and password you set.

4. REGISTRATION INFORMATION MANAGEMENT

4.1 Truthfulness and Legality
By using CarverAll Services, you confirm that the registration information you provide is true, accurate, complete, legal, and valid.

4.2 Update Maintenance
You shall update the information you provide in a timely manner.

4.3 Account Security Policy
You are advised to keep your account and password secure. We are not responsible for any loss resulting from unauthorized access.

5. ACCOUNT CANCELLATION

You can apply for cancellation of your account via the Platform. Please note that this request will permanently delete your account and personal information from CarverAll.

6. OUR SERVICE AND SERVICE SPECIFICATION

We provide services including but not limited to connecting to and controlling our products, managing content, and other technologies. CarverAll Services are limited to use on the Platform.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS STATEMENT

7.1 You may upload content on our Platform, provided that you assume legal responsibility for such content.

7.2 You must ensure that you own the copyright or are legally authorized to use the content submitted.

7.3 CarverAll grants you a limited license to use the Built-in Software in our products.

8. USER BEHAVIOR SPECIFICATION

8.1 Prohibited Content
You understand and warrant that the content you upload does not contain illegal information.

8.2 Prohibited Actions
You agree not to engage in impersonation, manipulation of content, or any actions that violate applicable laws.

9. INTERRUPTION OR TERMINATION OF SERVICE

CarverAll may provide updates and maintain the platform. We are not liable for any interruptions due to technical issues.

10. PROTECTION OF USERS' PERSONAL INFORMATION

We protect users' personal information according to the relevant laws and regulations.

11. LIABILITY FOR BREACH OF CONTRACT

Both parties shall comply with this Agreement, and breach will result in compensation for damages.

12. DISCLAIMER

To the extent permitted by law, CarverAll disclaims all warranties.

13. CHANGES TO THE AGREEMENT

We may amend this Agreement and will notify you of such changes.

14. TERMINATION OF THE AGREEMENT

You have the right to terminate this Agreement under certain conditions.

15. EXPORT CONTROL AND ECONOMIC SANCTIONS LAWS

You agree to comply with all relevant export control laws.

16. APPLICABLE LAW, JURISDICTION AND OTHER

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California.
